The DICE Programme

This programme takes a staged and systems thinking approach to learning, development and consultation on DICE. Applying reflective practice when building the foundational knowledge of participants. For impactful and long lasting behavioural change.

“We do not learn from experience. We learn from reflecting on experience". Simon Sinek

Why DICE?

Having a social conscience is not just a trend, whether considering social justice, or human rights, understanding moral and commercial drivers is essential. Employees expect employers to speak up on behalf of their values and so do customers.

Avoid offending, discrimination and acting with prejudice. The program explores ways we can build on ‘know how’ when interacting with a diverse range of colleagues and customers.

All organizations regardless of size and sector
have to deal with this risk. The content of the
DICE program will help mitigate such risk and protect reputation.
A public call for transparency is turning the walls
of organizations to glass. Consumers can see right inside, as a consequence your internal culture is an ever more important part of the brand.

By making DICE an integral part of your professional and personal strategy. You are
making clear your position on these matters.

Furthermore, safeguard your people's wellbeing, encourage individuals to be their authentic self, to release the energy resource that would ordinarily go into masking their truth.

At BCohCo, we believe it's everyone's responsibility to understand DICE matters. Participants will better understand the moral and commercial drivers for DICE. Developing a cross-cultural competence and ability to assess their own ‘Societal Footprint’.
