BHive Model

What Is The BHive?

BHives are groups of people that form due to sharing a characteristic, or interest. For example,ethnicity, LGBTQ+ and age,etc. BHive members voluntarily represent these groups. The BHive Model works with organisations to support the implementation of the BHive Model at a ‘grassroots’ level. They consult, support, organise and feedback into strategy. BHives have an important part to play in the promotion of DICE and Change Management.
