I am the founder of BCohCo - a learning and development company specialising in Diversity, Inclusion, Cohesion and Equality (DICE). BCohCo, is a company that promotes cohesion - the missing ingredient in most D&I training. The last 15 years have been dedicated to working with people individually and collectively to ‘build the change’, sharing skills, knowledge, and know-how to help level that playing field.

With a White British mother and Black British father, Diversity has always been a part of my life. I understand that multiple identities exist simultaneously. For example, my own dual heritage, neurodiversity, womanhood and economic status has made for a richer life, despite the challenges and adversity I’ve faced in the process.
